Hey girl! I am just going to post this message here for you so that our new reading pick will be official. I picked up this old copy from the Brackett library of "Vanity Fair" and it is so small and sort of falling apart so knowing how clumsy I am I am going to search for a better copy. But I did read the first chapter! Sorry I am so behind.
Reading this old classic through the form of an old binded book that is marked "Harding College" and first checked out in 1950, sounded so romantic. But practicality has won when I realized I need to keep it right under my chin to read it and the paper is so fine I think I can see the word three pages behind the one I am reading.
I haven't done much on this blog yet, but I hope to come wed.
So, if there is no hero, who am I going to 'imedesimarmi' with? haha, go figure that word out! ( i really could only think of it in Italian and I didn't want to make a fool of myself by literal translating it)
